STEP 1:
THE INITIAL INQUIRY
Your experience begins with a thoughtful inquiry where you are invited to share the heart of your vision. Whether you select from my signature collections or request a bespoke experience tailored to your specific needs, this is where our collaboration takes shape. Once submitted, I will personally reach out within 24 hours to coordinate our creative consultation.
STEP 02:
THE CONSULTATION
We’ll meet via FaceTime or Zoom, according to your preference, for a private consultation to cultivate the details of your session, from your aesthetic goals and styling to the final deliverables. Whether we are refining a pre-chosen collection or designing a custom experience, this time is dedicated to ensuring every element aligns with your expectations. At this stage, we will also finalize your date, time, and location.
STEP 03:
CONSULTATION SUMMARY
& RESERVATION
Following our conversation, you will receive a Consultation Summary, your Service Agreement, and your Invoice within the same business day. To officially reserve your date within my calendar, a 25% non-refundable retainer is requested within seven days. For your convenience, the remaining balance is due the day prior to your session.
STEP 04:
THE Execution
Guided by the vision we established together, we will move through our time together with ease and intentionality. My goal is to create a refined yet comfortable environment that allows the most authentic, elevated version of your story to shine through every frame.
STEP 05:
The final collection
The journey concludes with a bespoke curation of your imagery. To maintain the highest standard of excellence, I take a short window to move into a period of intentional review before presenting you with a private Proofing Gallery—typically within one week. This is your opportunity to experience the initial results and hand-select the definitive pieces that speak to you most. Once finalized, I begin the delicate process of hand-editing each piece, refining every detail to ensure a cohesive and timeless finish. Your completed gallery will be delivered with the care and excellence your story deserves.
Final Delivery: Depending on the volume of your collection, your completed gallery will be delivered within 2–4 weeks of your final selections.

01. How far in advance should I book my session?
To ensure each client receives the meticulous attention and creative energy they deserve, I recommend reaching out 4 to 6 weeks in advance. This lead time allows us to curate every detail of your session with intention and care—from styling to location scouting. For high-priority branding launches or major milestones, booking even earlier is encouraged to secure your preferred date.
Should you have a more immediate need, please reach out. While my calendar is typically reserved well in advance, I occasionally have select openings for commissions within a shorter timeframe; however, these dates are strictly subject to limited availability and are filled on a first-come basis.
02. Do you travel outside of the San Antonio area?
While I primarily serve North San Antonio, Boerne, and Helotes, I am always inspired by new landscapes and am available for travel. Whether your vision takes us to the Texas Hill Country or beyond, I am happy to discuss a custom travel collection. For locations outside of my primary service area, a modest travel investment may be requested to support the logistics of our time together on location.
03. Can I purchase additional images beyond my chosen collection?
Yes. While each of my signature collections includes a specific number of hand-edited images, I understand that sometimes there are more "must-have" moments than anticipated. During the Proofing Phase, you will have the opportunity to select and purchase additional images for artistic refinement at a per-image rate. This allows you the flexibility to expand your collection based on the results of our session.
04. Can I receive my final gallery sooner?
I believe that excellence should never be rushed, but I also value the momentum of your brand or milestone. While my standard Signature delivery is 2–4 weeks, you may choose to invest in a Priority Gallery Experience to guarantee a faster unveiling of your final art.
To accommodate your specific timeline, I offer three distinct levels of gallery delivery:
- Signature Experience: 2–4 Weeks (Included)
- Elevated Experience: 7 Business Days (+$150)
- Priority Experience: 48–72 Hours (+$300)
Please note: These timelines begin once you have finalized your selections from your private Proofing Gallery. I recommend discussing your deadline during our Consultation so we can move your collection to the forefront of my editing queue.
